Each Labor Day weekend, congregations across the country host union members and labor leaders or focus their weekend services to reflect on faith, work, justice, and the meaning of Labor Day. This year in Wisconsin, we’ll celebrate the newly revitalized labor movement, reflect on the loss of workers’ rights for most public sector workers, and re-energize our communities for the continued fight for justice.
All faith traditions strongly support justice for workers. Please join us in the coming weeks to to bear witness to the power of Wisconsin workers during this historical struggle for worker justice.
